This flour is produced from organic Khorasan grains and is fortified in accordance with the law. It is used the same way as all-purpose flour.

Khorasan flour is distinguished by its slightly orange color and its almost sweet taste, but without bitterness, reminiscent of notes of butter, hazelnut. Khorasan wheat contains 20 to 40% more protein than conventional wheat. It also contains fiber, iron, zinc, vitamins B2, B3 and E, phosphorus and magnesium.

Organic unbleached white flour has a shelf life of approximately 365 to 547 days. It is ideal to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place or in the freezer.

This flour is recommended for use for: baguettes, cookies, pancakes, cakes, muffins, breads, dough and pie crusts.
