The blue grape is a very juicy fruit. For proof, it is composed of more than 80% water! It contains many minerals and trace elements: manganese, copper, iron, potassium and phosphorus. With about 18 g of carbohydrates per 100 g, grapes rank among the most carbohydrate fruits. Blue grapes in greenhouses are distinguished by their navy blue colour. They are sweet and slightly safer than green grapes. However, their acidity is not grimaced.
