This flour is produced from organic black buckwheat and does not contain gluten. It adds a crispy effect to waffles and pancakes. Buckwheat flour is best combined with wheat flour.

Organic whole flour can be stored for approximately 270 to 365 days. It is ideal to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place or in the freezer.
