An expert in organic and fair trade aromatic chocolates, Kaoka has been developing its cocoa supplies in Ecuador, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Sao Tome since 1993, with family farmers grouped in organic farmer cooperatives.

Kaoka thus participates in the restoration of the biodiversity of cocoa, soil, ecosystem within the plantation and landscapes. Ensuring bio-productive agriculture also helps to combat the rural exodus and the abandonment of cocoa cultivation by new generations.
